Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your coffee. Because it's a consumable product, we're only able to accept returns under certain conditions.
Eligible
Product arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, or it's faulty in some other way — bag must be unopened and sealed.
Not Eligible
Opened or used bags, "changed my mind" orders, or requests made after the return window has passed.
How to request a return: Email Contact@podandroast.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with a replacement or refund.
